Let’s get started with opening of DLite Savings account..

Keep the below ready for your Video KYC Call:

  1. Aadhaar Card
  2. Physical PAN Card
  3. Blank paper with a blue/black pen
  4. A well lit room with a clear background
  5. Uninterrupted Data/Internet Connectivity
  6. Updated Chrome Browser with GPS, Video & Audio permissions allowed
  7. Physically present in India!

How to do Video KYC online.

  1. Complete your DLite Account opening through Aadhaar OTP based e-KYC.
  2. Offer your consent for Video KYC in DLite, to receive a confirmation SMS.
  3. Once you fix your convenient time between 10.00 am and 6.00 pm on bank working days) for the Video – KYC call, you will receive a link through SMS/Mail.
  4. Click the link and join the VKYC session.
  5. Allow camera, microphone, and location access on your mobile / desktop.
  6. The Bank Official shall click your photograph, verify your Aadhaar, original PAN, and capture your signature during the call.

Upon successful account opening & VKYC completion you will receive a message, and you can then begin enjoying our services at fingertips through our Dlite App.

*Account becomes a Full KYC complaint Savings account with the features applicable to that of KVB’s Regular Savings Account (refer Regular Savings Account Features)
